Living Spaces

The store is beautiful and the staff is very nice. Truly a large selection of just about everything you can think of in the way of furniture. They do carry a better quality of furniture than many of the other furniture stores in the area. It is more expensive though as you would expect. My only complaint is that check out is excessively long. We did purchase a sectional couch and add custom fabrics made to order for it. We kept going over the order again and again while the salesperson was doing the checkout. I know that they wanted to make sure it was correct but it seemed excessive. Check out took almost 45 minutes after we made the decision which couch to buy. It was almost as painful as buying a car.

What a very nice experience I had from the time I walked in the store. Everyone seems relaxed and pleasant. No hassle. Everything is organized and smells beautiful in the store as well. Prices and styles to meet any need it appears that they have there. Finally, my sales associate Bill Very easy to work with. Very pleasant. I highly recommend a store for your home decorating needs.

Staffs were very knowledgeable and patient with me. Living space has so much variety to choose from. I thought I was going to be there for just an hour but I spent 3 hours there browsing all over to find that perfect sofa. I got myself the Kennedy cloud modular. It’s so soft and my body just sinks in.

In response to these bad reviews I felt the need to post my own experience with Living Spaces. I have to question who wrote these reviews because in my opinion this place was on point from start to finish! From the moment I walked in on the first day I was greeted by what felt like the entire staff. Not in a sleezy car sales way like most of the other furniture stores nearby though. Just a cheerful greeting and a few questions on what I was looking for. They directed me over and told me about the products I was looking for. They gave me space to browse and when I was ready to find out more Mari Ann was there to help guide me. I told her I needed to bring my husband in the next day for the final special so she checked inventory for me and created a cart for me so the next day would be seedless. She was personable and had great customer service skills. She knew about the product and I enjoyed chatting with her. The next day I came in with my husband and asked for Mari Ann but she wasn’t in yet, so Brandon stepped in to help us. He pulled up the cart Mari Ann had created for me and as soon as my husband said he loved the bedroom set too, we started the checkout process. It took maybe 15 min max. Brandon said our furniture could be delivered in 7 days which was way faster than we anticipated so we moved it out an additional week. Brandon was again so knowledgeable about the entire process and went above and beyond to help and explain everything to us. Fast forward 2 weeks to our delivery. The delivery company reached out the day before our delivery to give us a 4 hour window. Then again to give us a 30 min heads up that they were arriving. We paid for them to set up everything for us. A very small fee to make sure everything was perfect. All in all I would 100% order more furniture in the future from living spaces! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Driving into Living Spaces there are plenty of Tesla charging stations and handicapped parking. When we entered the store Nick D. greeted us and gave us a layout of the store. He was very friendly and had an upbeat personality which I really appreciate. We found a complete living room set and decor with the help of Jose A. Jose was very patient and helped us every step of the way. . He checked prices and availability for the living room set, the dining room set, the recliner chair, decor pillows , pictures , lamps and a rug. It was a fantastic experience with his help. I give Living Spaces 5 out of 5 stars for the great service, the selection in every department and the layout of the store , which was very clean. Mrs Smiley

Working with Living Spaces on my current project has been such a great experience. I really appreciate that there’s no pressure when shopping it truly feels like the staff is there to help, whether that’s giving quotes, letting you browse, or helping you compare options without rushing you into a decision. They hooked me up on the trade program or business program which is really helpful considering my project. When I first visited, I worked with Kimberly, who was amazing. On my next visit, I wasn’t able to reconnect with her, but Max stepped in and was just as wonderful, helping me purchase a table and a couch. This evening , I had an excellent experience with Joe while shopping for mattresses and beds. At times, I can be super indecisive and go back-and-forth.. he was incredibly patient. He really listened to what I was looking for, walked me through availability, and helped customize the purchase so I left completely satisfied.. with exactly what I wanted. He made it work perfectly for me. Thanks again

Great store with a wide range with pricing from inexpensive to more luxury pieces. Our delivery isn’t here yet. There are pricing sheets with measurements and options next to the item. No complaints.
